Heads up — orders placed inside the 48-hour window are subject to a rush fee based on size & customization. A non-refundable deposit is required for every order; your order isn't confirmed until the deposit is received.

The Fine Print

JNC Occasions policy.

A quick read before you order — these keep every box on time, on point, and stress-free for both of us.

Ordering

  • Order within a minimum 2-day notice
  • Allow 24–48 hours for a response
  • Please inform us of any allergies prior to ordering
  • Non-refundable deposit required — no deposit, no order
  • Located in 33460; full address shared the day before curbside pickup
  • Not liable for orders once they are in your care

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
  • Deposits remain non-refundable in all cases
  • Rescheduling considered on a case-by-case basis depending on workload & ingredient prep

Late Fees & Pickup

  • Pick a pickup date & time carefully — changes can't be guaranteed
  • 30+ minutes late = $5 fee or canceled order
  • No-shows = loss of ordering privilege; once fees are paid, your box is released
